Rapid Reach Media Ltd ("we") is a UK company. We provide marketing services including LinkedIn outreach, content, web design, and branding.
What we collect
We collect information you give us when you order, contact us, or sign in: name, email, phone, company, and billing address. We also collect technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) and use cookies for the site to work and to improve it.
How we use it
We use your data to fulfil orders, send invoices and updates, run your client or admin account, and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted providers (e.g. email, hosting, AI processing) only to deliver our services.
Outreach we run for clients
To run LinkedIn outreach for our clients, we use business information that prospects have made public on their LinkedIn profiles, such as name, job title, company, and professional activity. We use it only to write relevant business messages on our client's behalf, on the basis of legitimate interests.
We draft messages using our own software connected to paid AI services, under terms that do not allow those providers to use the data to train their models. A member of our team reviews every message before it is sent.
Our team includes people working outside the UK. They access data only to deliver our services, under confidentiality obligations and appropriate safeguards. If you received a message we sent for a client and want us to stop, or want to know what we hold about you, contact us and we will act on it promptly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or to restrict use. You may also have the right to object or to data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are in the UK.
